Andrew Teal, Director
Our founder and director has over 15 years building experience. Starting in 2007, Andrew gained valuable experience through multiple residential renovations on Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches.
With an eye for detail and actively on site each day, Andrew leads his team to ensure each project is completed efficiently with the superior quality he has built his reputation on.
Lauren Teal, Interior Design
With over 10 years commercial account management experience Lauren has joined the team as our interior designer.
With her certificate IV in Kitchen & Bathroom Design. Lauren assists the clients in designing their dream kitchens and bathrooms as well as selecting fixtures and fittings; bringing their vision to life.
Michael Tapper, Site Supervisor
Michael has been an integral part of the Teal & Co. team from the beginning.
With a calm and methodical approach, Michael always gets the job done.
He is a certified carpenter and has extended his qualifications by completing his builders course after hours.
Jay Withers, Tradesman
Jay has been part of the team since 2017. He has finished his apprenticeship and is now leading people himself.
Jay displays the drive and ambition of an aspiring builder and we are eager to see him grow.
Lewis Mills, Apprentice
Lewis is our newest member to the team and brings with him tenacity and determination.
He is in his 3rd year of study as carpentry apprentice.
