ANDREW TEAL, DIRECTOR

Our founder and director has over 16 years building experience. Starting in 2007, Andrew gained valuable experience through multiple residential renovations on Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches.

With an eye for detail and actively on site each day, Andrew leads his team to ensure each project is completed efficiently with the superior quality he has built his reputation on.

MICHAEL, FOREMAN

Michael has been an integral part of the Teal & Co. team from the beginning.

With a calm and methodical approach, Michael always gets the job done.

He is a certified carpenter and has extended his qualifications by completing his builders course after hours.

LAUREN TEAL, INTERIOR DESIGN

With over 10 years commercial account management experience Lauren has joined the team as our interior designer.

With her certificate IV in Kitchen & Bathroom Design. Lauren is the conduit between the client & the build team. She assists the clients in designing their dream homes, including kitchens, bathrooms as well as selecting fixtures and fittings; bringing their vision to life.

John, structual draftsman

John has over 45 years in the building industry. A builder by trade and our SketchUp guru.

He supports the team by drawing the structural components for our builds. He ensures the flow between architects plans, engineers plans and construction on site is seamless.
